Our team cares about your story. We want to provide a space of true listening and understanding of the challenges you and your family face within your health and life. Your goals matter to us! It all starts with customized intake paperwork sent to you via email. Our team will sit down with you, one on one to go over important health history and goals.
Insight scans find, measure, and map out the neurological stress
After your consultation, a care advocate will perform a series of three neurological exams. These exams are a non-invasive way of measuring how much neurological dysfunction and distress (subluxation) is stuck within your autonomic nervous system. They also help us locate and map out exactly where the stress and challenges are that may be limiting the body’s ability to adapt. Then, you will sit knee to knee with one of the Cultivate doctors. Our docs are incredible at educating and communicating the science of how chiropractic works. They will dive into your story with you, explain what to expect, and answer any questions you may have.
A customized care plan
Our doctors are goal-focused when it comes to the changes you want to achieve within your health and life. After your initial visit, our team will schedule a follow up report of findings for you. For this appointment, our doctors will spend intentional time reviewing your health story and the neurological exam findings. Using this information, they will build a customized, goal focused care plan that gives your nervous system the chance to restore. Our doctors will walk you through and explain every detail of your Insight Exam findings, as well as your Neurological Restoration Care Plan. Helping you meet the goals set out for you and your family is our top priority!
